best of a bad situation I'm done I'm healed had to visit daily for a month,staff was wonderful never had to wait
I had a horrible wound on my right wrist caused by a dermatologist. I rushed over to Dr. Ruben's office and he treated me like I was his best friend for life. He really puts his patients first above all else.
Dr. Ruben is the best doctor I have ever known. He treated and healed my pressure sore on my bottom when none of the other doctors that I saw (and I saw plenty!) could. His bedside manner is gentle, warm, and the entire office staff is friendly...so much so, that it feels like family there. I have been in a wheelchair for 23 years and have been to many clinics, but believe me, this one is the best! You MUST go see Dr. Ruben if you have a wound that won't heal. You will be glad you did!
Bruce and his staff is kind and caring. The type of Doctor You want and need . He is all about the patient and their best well being. I cant say enough about him and his staff.
Dr. Ruben is one of the best doctors I have ever visited. He takes a lot of time to care for his patients and is really nice. The office is great and the staff is awesome. I would definitely recommend him to everyone who is looking for a great doc.
I found this wound care specialist online while researching bedsores. Our first visit was today and I was VERY pleased with everything! They assisted me with our wheelchair van transportation needs from rehab., and Rob was careful to answer all my questions prior to our appointment...which, incidentally, was handled the SAME DAY! I don't understand the negative comments! I was extremely happy with Dr. Bruce Ruben and the Encompass Healthcare staff! Despite what the others said, he was very responsive and caring! I think the other comments were just people ranting because they have issues with their insurance company and healthcare system. I definitely recommend Dr. Ruben and his office over going to a hospital any day!
Dr. Bruce Ruben was the first doctor I felt that wanted to save my limb and tried every method to do so.
Dr. Ruben and his staff are absolutely among the best in medicine. The minute you walk into his office, you can feel the good mood of the place. It's obvious everyone truly wants to be there and they all have a great respect for Dr. Ruben. It's certainly not about the money as the other reviewer stated. I wish all my doctors had Dr. Rubens knowledge and compassion.
