Worst fear is going to the dentist. This staff is very professional and makes the experience easy. Would highly recommend this dentist.
The staff at Encore is always friendly and pleasant to be with. I'm usually quite anxious about having dental work done and I still was, at the beginning. But after I realized that I couldn't feel any pain, I began to relax. By the end, everything was good.
The ladies were very nice, as was the man at the front desk. They were helpful and explained exactly what was going on to me. They answered all my questions and were very personable.
It was a painless experience.
As always, my experience at Encore Dentistry was excellent. The staff is always courteous and concerned with my comfort and dental health. I never have to wait for my appointment, they are always ready for me when I arrive. The treatment is thorough but always gentle. I would recommend Encore to everyone.
