All office staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would make them my regular dentist if I lived closer. I was there to utilize a teeth whitening coupon given to me as a gift from my parents. They have state of the art instruments too.
Always timely and professional
Dr. Cabansag and her entire staff are wonderful. My teeth fell apart after I got pregnant so it seems like every time I go in I need a root canal, but I am in good hands now. I've had dentists in the past who have had a terrible bedside manner and who've caused me a lot of pain, but Dr. Cabansag is the polar opposite of that. She is very calm and gentle, and very friendly. Her entire staff has the same demeanor, making it very comfortable to get my teeth worked on, even when the procedure is a long one.
I would like to commend the staff and dentist at Encore. I am so terribly afraid of the dentist that I have went years with pain and discomfort to avoid a trip to the dentist. I explained my anxiety to the staff and they completely understood and made me feel very comfortable. This is by fair the best dentist experience I have had in my life! Excellent staff and office environment. They are very caring and know what they are doing. I received the best care from everyone.
My wait time in the lobby was minimal (only a few minutes). Dr. Cabansag and all of the personnel were highly competent, friendly and efficient. The office itself was very clean and organized. This is a very well run dental office with top-notch people.
Everyone was cordial and helpful. The hygienist did a wonderful job and I appreciated all of the doctor's good advice which I will follow this time!
A visit to the Dentist is not on my list of priorities; however, if I need to go, Encore is as good as it gets. My only disappointment from my visit was the cost of replacing my crown. I've had a lot of crowns, and some replaced. usually I've paid $600-$700.
