The young man at the front desk is always friendly, helpful and professional. The entire staff are exceptional people and welcoming always. Dr. Cabansag is very caring and experience. I know she is only doing procedures as needed and helps patients feel better.
Everything was great and everyone is so nice
My daughter broke a tooth and I was frantic to find someone to help her. We were new to the area and didn't have a dentist yet. A friend recommended Encore and I could not be more pleased. They took care of my daughter as soon as they received my voicemail (tooth broke on a Saturday) and could not have been more pleasant. She ended up needing more extensive work and whatever magic they worked, she wasn't miserable or hurting after the procedure at all. The people are just great!!!
Outstanding friendly staff and service not normally found in a dentist office. Felt welcome on my first visit, actually looking forward to my second visit! Dr. C and her assistants put me at ease immediately the moment I sat down in the dreadful "chair." I finally found a family dentist for my wife and I, no doubt I would recommend Encore Dentistry.
All the staff at Encore Dentistry are friendly & professional.
