I transferred here as a teacher/guide from another school owned by this company into the Eagles class (babies). The other school was great, but I would never send my child to Endeavor Montessori. I had to constantly redirect my co-workers to stop talking to each other and actually care for the babies that needed attention. The age groups were mixed so older babies were with younger. We were interested in Endeavor Montessori so I went online and filled out our information on their contact page. I received a text from Sue (not a call), that they could do a virtual tour or an in-person tour at 5:00 PM on Tuesday. I declined the virtual tour and asked for a brief phone call prior to confirming the tour at 5:00 (this is obviously a very inconvenient time for working parents - not impossible but certainly not convenient). Very mismanaged school . The director Susan does not have a clue how to run the school . Was not happy at all and pulled out my daughter within a few months . There are way too many kids in the school and there is no social distancing and a covid disaster waiting to happen . Most of the teachers are not montessori trained . My child didnt learn anything in this school and would not want to go there . I not recommend sending your child there .
