The school opened in August 2020 and we've been with the school since March 2021. Our oldest just "graduated" and will be starting Kinder at the public school next year and because of the amazing work of the teachers are Endeavor, he could start at the 1st grade level (although we're not going that route). When we're out and about people constantly mention how caring, cooperative, and helpful our son is and that's a direct link to the type of Montessori education he has received here. This is a fantastic school. Our 2-year old has been going there for a year now. The facility is beautiful, inviting and clean. Their teachers are loving and calm. And the food quality is really great. Overall, I am very happy with it.
We have been so happy with Endeavor and see our little one thrive. He has a great group of friends, teachers and administrators who love him, and is excited to show us everything he learns. He looks forward to going to school and we look forward to talking with the teachers and staff. Everyone knows us and is incredibly attentive. It's been an amazing experience!
My son went here before we moved to San Antonio and I still think about it often. It's truly the one thing I miss about living in the Austin area. His teacher Ms. Taylor was absolutely phenomenal. He would wake up excited to go to school every morning and he grew/learned so much in his time there. We have yet to find any place like it. I would highly recommend this school to anyone and everyone. Worth every single penny.
I agree with an earlier review that states this is a good school as long as your kid is "normal". There are many things that resonated with me in the other reviews, both good and bad. My son still talks about his teacher, Ms. Carmen. She is the best! The facilities are wonderful and safe. My kid learned so much! But I also think issues get exacerbated by the belief from at least one of the school leaders that "Montessori isn't for everyone." Apparently "The Montessori way" is not about inclusion. It took us almost 5 months to find a school we loved - we toured soooo many. Our daughter was 18 months when she started and When we did our visit at Endeavor we were instantly happy with how the school looked and it's set up. Our daughter also seemed to feel at home and got excited visiting what would be her classroom. It felt like a school and not a daycare, which is something we were adamant on. This is the second daycare our boys have attended in Pflugerville. We absolutely loved our first so we knew it would be hard to find another place we loved-- and thankfully we did! We found some place we love even more! The admin, teachers and director are all wonderful! The policies they have in place for COVID, and colds are great so I trust my kids are safe there. They eat better than we do when WFH. we cannot say enough wonderful things about this school/daycare. Our boys are thriving and we are so grateful for them!
For all of you reading the negative reviews along with Endeavors canned response I want to clear a few things up for y'all. First, when this was brought to the attn of Endeavor, the proper protocols were not followed.(for history, my child was involved in this incident). The dishonesty and lack of transparency this school has shown during the investigation of an employee has been appalling. We were one of the families involved in the incidents, and the school refused to respond to multiple emails from us and the other families trying to obtain information (despite being promised we would all be kept up-to-date regarding camera footage and employee response).
