I see this hell hole has a pretty decent score on here which I find shocking. But on closer inspection majority of the positive reviews are sales based, which makes a lot of sense. I've had a Hyundai IONIQ 5 for 4 years now and i love the car, it's genuinely excellent. The whole process was streamlined and made easy from the start to the end. Jack was knowledgeable and helpful and came up with a great deal without making us fight for it. The trade in process was also easy and the finance taken care of without any problems or effort from us. The new car is amazing, we can’t believe how much technology has changed in four years. Picked up my first hyundai kona n line ev last week, absolutely love it, very smooth hand over, felt looked after and no question was silly. Jack Lambert was great 10/10 explained everything. Would highly recommend buying a car from him
Unsure why there are positive views. I bought a used car 2019 plate in late May. Not cheap and paid cash. End of September cost another £650 for a new exhaust as it had snapped at the box. Then November after a full service told need N/S pads and disc's. Another £400. I have service sheets from November 24, health checks from May & September showing all green other than the exhaust, which I was aware of and reason taking it back. Molly, my sales assistant has been wonderful throughout the first time I visited the dealership to discuss what I wanted, to completing the sale and I got to take home my wonderful new Tuscon. Attention to detail has been excellent and customer service has been the best I have ever experienced.
