Shocking service at Hyundai Colchester booked in a diagnosis on a faulty headlight aim. Supply headlight fitting 1 hour labour simple enough. Head light adjuster faulty near side front tps sensor not working. Service department change quote to 2 to 3 hours labour to fit headlight even tho i fitted the new one in 10 minures. £300 to fit tps sensor. Appalling customer service, still waiting for problem to be resolved 3 months after reporting. We purchased a Hyundai Tuscon 2019reg from Endeavour Colchester In August, 3 months later active hood sensor warning, seat belt sensors faulty and sometimes every light and sensor possible flashing and beeping. Booked into service dept to check faulty sensor, expecting work would be done under warranty, to be told damage to sensor has been caused by an accident so not covered under warranty! We have a used car dealership. Bought a trade vehicle from this dealership and dealt with Nickie in sales. Honest description of car, helpful with every enquiry and just a good dealership to deal with. If they treat their trade customers well im certain there retail customers will be treated the same. Would recommend

I have lost all faith and respect for Endeavour Hyundai Colchester. I was driving my Ionic 5 electric and a warning came up on the dashboard saying high voltage battery failure. I took it to the garage and they told me they had fixed it. When I got the car back and charged it I found it had around 70% range compared to usual. I rang them again and booked it in, they had the car for a few weeks and told me they had replaced the battery, I charged it again yesterday and it still only has around 80% range. The Hyundai Colchester team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Selby truly went above and beyond, answering all my questions and keeping me informed throughout. I’m so grateful for their help and absolutely love my new car. Highly recommend!
