Franchise for the sale and servicing of Hyundai models. Tucked next to the a120 on the Harwich road. Parking not the easiest on busy day. Showroom is clean and well presented. Staff friendly and attentive. Managed to time my coffee offer at a point the machine was on self clean so requested a discount on the deposit which sadly they couldn't do. I see this hell hole has a pretty decent score on here which I find shocking. But on closer inspection majority of the positive reviews are sales based, which makes a lot of sense. I've had a Hyundai IONIQ 5 for 4 years now and i love the car, it's genuinely excellent. However, the interactions I've had with Hyundai Service has been so bad that I will never even consider buying a Hyundai again. The whole process was streamlined and made easy from the start to the end. Jack was knowledgeable and helpful and came up with a great deal without making us fight for it.
