Recently had out car written off and needed something newer in a pinch, which was awkward being between Christmas/New Year. My partner and I came in considering buying our first car, honestly just came in to look a prices as we weren't sure really what to expect. Jack Lambert guided us seamlessly through the whole process, assured us of every question and query. He was patient with us while we made our decisions and helped get us a good deal with great coverage too. I honestly could not recommend him and the whole team here more highly. Everyone is super friendly and will take all the time you need.
Hyundai Colchester are just the best team I have ever dealt with. They understood our poor service we had with Ford and Adam, John and James bent over backwards to help us purchase a new car. This transition was smooth and done at our pace. We were well informed and kept up to date with the purchase which was completed with no issues. I absolutely wasted my time, effort and money to get to this unorganised dealership. I came from London which was arounf 80 miles out. I took a day off work and spent £180 on train tickets, all to go to waste. I would like to start of by saying how unprofessional Perry Simons was with customer service. I asked for a video of the vehicle. In the video he was being chased by his colleagues and laughing, camera was all over the place. Very stupid and unprofessional. Endeavour Hyundai Colchester is an excellent dealership. Lots of cars to choose from. Perry was extremely helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was after and explained all of the features clearly and comprehensively on the test drive. I bought a lovely used car for a great price. Being part of the Endeavour group is a bonus too, as I can get my new car serviced at another branch closer to home. Would definitely recommend. Very pleased with the car and customer care.
