Picked up my first hyundai kona n line ev last week, absolutely love it, very smooth hand over, felt looked after and no question was silly. Jack Lambert was great 10/10 explained everything. Would highly recommend buying a car from him
Molly, my sales assistant has been wonderful throughout the first time I visited the dealership to discuss what I wanted, to completing the sale and I got to take home my wonderful new Tuscon. Attention to detail has been excellent and customer service has been the best I have ever experienced. I had to contact the parts department about an accessory that I wanted to purchase and their customer service cannot be faulted. I want to preface this review by saying that my experience is solely based on the sales process and the purchase of a new car. We were in the market for a smaller, city-friendly car for my wife, with only occasional motorway or dual carriageway use. From start to finish, we have had an excellent experience. Andi King took time to explain the different options to my daughter. He arranged for an available car to arrive at the dealership from the compound so she could see it before we placed the order. Andi kept us up to date and handed over to his colleague Selby as he was going on holiday. Selby kept in touch with us. Unfortunately this time things didn’t go so well. Things missed and fluids low Battery health was incorrect. Additional work quote was not actually required. Plus side Reception, show room, toilets parking all good Receptionist was courteous and resolved computer problems with her PC On balance not great Value for money poor
