Recently had out car written off and needed something newer in a pinch, which was awkward being between Christmas/New Year. I want to preface this review by saying that my experience is solely based on the sales process and the purchase of a new car. We were in the market for a smaller, city-friendly car for my wife, with only occasional motorway or dual carriageway use. Unfortunately this time things didn’t go so well. Things missed and fluids low Battery health was incorrect. Additional work quote was not actually required. Plus side Reception, show room, toilets parking all good Receptionist was courteous and resolved computer problems with her PC On balance not great Value for money poor

Jack Lambert guided us seamlessly through the whole process, assured us of every question and query. He was patient with us while we made our decisions and helped get us a good deal with great coverage too. I honestly could not recommend him and the whole team here more highly. Everyone is super friendly and will take all the time you need.
