Recently had out car written off and needed something newer in a pinch, which was awkward being between Christmas/New Year. We went to Endeavour as we needed a used car, and had heard good things about Hyundai in general. Abby greeted us as soon as we arrived and was both polite and informative from the get-go. My partner and I came in considering buying our first car, honestly just came in to look a prices as we weren't sure really what to expect. Jack Lambert guided us seamlessly through the whole process, assured us of every question and query. He was patient with us while we made our decisions and helped get us a good deal with great coverage too. I honestly could not recommend him and the whole team here more highly. Everyone is super friendly and will take all the time you need.
We've recently completed our third purchase plan arrangements with Andi King to secure another new Tucson Hybrid. My car was booked in for a service on 04.02.25. Upon collecting the car and getting home I noticed the wrong oil was on the invoice. Having a few email exchanges it was noted the correct oil was fitted but for customer satisfaction, they had the car back in today (10.02.25) to redo the oil service. Service was carried out and I was able to view the car on the ramp to confirm new filter had been installed after querying the old parts.
