Franchise for the sale and servicing of Hyundai models. Tucked next to the a120 on the Harwich road. Parking not the easiest on busy day. Showroom is clean and well presented. Staff friendly and attentive. Managed to time my coffee offer at a point the machine was on self clean so requested a discount on the deposit which sadly they couldn't do. I see this hell hole has a pretty decent score on here which I find shocking. But on closer inspection majority of the positive reviews are sales based, which makes a lot of sense. I've had a Hyundai IONIQ 5 for 4 years now and i love the car, it's genuinely excellent. However, the interactions I've had with Hyundai Service has been so bad that I will never even consider buying a Hyundai again. New Hyundai Tucson. Firstly from a sales perspective. Excellent service in all regards. Selby Docherty our sales executive was most professional throughout the process. Relaxed, no pressure selling and a good understanding of our requirements in obtaining a new car. For the downside parking at the Colchester dealership is far from easy and needs improvement.
