Franchise for the sale and servicing of Hyundai models. Tucked next to the a120 on the Harwich road. Parking not the easiest on busy day. Showroom is clean and well presented. Staff friendly and attentive. Managed to time my coffee offer at a point the machine was on self clean so requested a discount on the deposit which sadly they couldn't do. New Hyundai Tucson. Firstly from a sales perspective. Excellent service in all regards. Selby Docherty our sales executive was most professional throughout the process. Relaxed, no pressure selling and a good understanding of our requirements in obtaining a new car. For the downside parking at the Colchester dealership is far from easy and needs improvement. I see this hell hole has a pretty decent score on here which I find shocking. But on closer inspection majority of the positive reviews are sales based, which makes a lot of sense. I've had a Hyundai IONIQ 5 for 4 years now and i love the car, it's genuinely excellent. I love Hyundai. My previous car was a Hyundai and had started to decline due to mileage and age! So I looked for another. I found my present one on Endeavour, I bought my previous from Hunters which Endeavour took over! Nice salesperson, loved the car and boom I have a wonderful car! The whole process was streamlined and made easy from the start to the end. Jack was knowledgeable and helpful and came up with a great deal without making us fight for it. The trade in process was also easy and the finance taken care of without any problems or effort from us. The new car is amazing, we can’t believe how much technology has changed in four years.
