He arranged for an available car to arrive at the dealership from the compound so she could see it before we placed the order. Molly, my sales assistant has been wonderful throughout the first time I visited the dealership to discuss what I wanted, to completing the sale and I got to take home my wonderful new Tuscon. Attention to detail has been excellent and customer service has been the best I have ever experienced. Recently had out car written off and needed something newer in a pinch, which was awkward being between Christmas/New Year. We went to Endeavour as we needed a used car, and had heard good things about Hyundai in general. Abby greeted us as soon as we arrived and was both polite and informative from the get-go. Just had a 1st MOT and 3 year service carried out under my prepaid service agreement. I waited for the car to be worked on. All went okay in a relatively short time. I found it a positive experience having booked a waiting appointment. Waiting area with free tea and coffee available if required. Work was completed in the estimated time given. Staff were friendly.
