THIS WAS MY FIRST APPOINTMENT AND THE FRONT DESK PERSONNEL WERE REALLY HEPFUL WITH THE PAPER WORKAND INFORMATION NEEDED, ALSO ANSWERING ALL THE CONCERNS I HAD ON MY INSURANCE COVERAGE. DR. KELLY JONES & SAMM WERE EXCEPTIONAL IN PREPARING YOU BEFOR, DURING AND AFTER THE PROCEDURE. THEIR FOLLOW UP AND WERE DEFINITELY ANOTHER PLUS. DEFINITELY A 10 OUT OF 10.

Dr Hack is amazing! If you are in need of a root canal, you need to see her. She explains everything she is doing and takes the time to make you aware of what is taking place. No pain and very knowledgable. I was so relaxed during the procedure..

Your customer service was excellent! Every phone call to and from your office was answered by women with the nicest telephone voices and manners. Everyone was so patient and helpful, which is especially appreciated by people with anxiety. Samm and Dr Shahada (sp) were gentle and kind, and funny. They asked if I wanted quiet or did I like being kept informed during the procedure; which I loved.
