I called to cancel my policy because my car was declared a total loss. I spoke with a gentleman named ****, who is an Account Manager. He politely and professionally informed me about the helpful benefits in my policy, even in the event of a total loss. He pulled up my policy, and saved me time by browsing through it to see exactly which section I should review. It's a benefit I wasn't aware I had. I appreciated his time, his reassurance and willingness to help me as a customer. Thank you ****!

The business is very professional and knowledgeable about their service and their competition services hands down they know their business but be aware they have too of the line sales associates that will not give up losing a customer. Always find a way to override your reason for canceling policy, but will maintain professionalism. It can be annoying but overall its a fair business to associate with.
