I had a problem with my dealership filing a claim incorrectly, which cost me money out of pocket. Spoke with manager Eddie ****** and he got it dealt with for a full refund for me. Excellent service.

My representative Michele ******, very informative provided A1 customer service as far his thoughtfulness and concerns for my experience with getting my car serviced. The payment authorization was very fast also for services rendered. Every time I'd call with a question or concern endurance ASSOCIATES are kind, knowledgeable and helpful iam pleased.
The customer service was very helpful. I have no complaints about the service I've received.
