Joe, I was frustrated when I called, and even more so after speaking with the first person. Joe stepped in and, listened and agreed to looked into o the matter. Regardless of how things would work out, I was merely asking for the appropriate consideration that I heard was characteristic of the company. Joe provided that. In the end, the overall service was excellent. They demonstrated that no single employee, perhaps having a. bad day, can prevent the company from providing excellent, customer oriented service.
This is a comment on the service that I received from Martin *********@Endurance Warranty Services. I have recently just stated back to work and I had got behind in my payments I called in already upset because I had been trying to may arrangements with my other bills Martin went out his way to not only help me with an extension he calmly eased the stress that he would help me keep my warranty with other arrangements until I'm caught up.
I was so pleasantly relieved after the service manager quoted the the price of my repaires minus my plan coverage and the respect I got just for having Endurance as my vehicle coverage.
Call Endurance and spoke Eddie ***** and he was very helpful with fixing an issue that I was having and was a very sweet rep.
Called Endurance, talked to a Mr. Eddie ****** had some issues with my account and I got it all taken care of.
