I've been living at an Enigma property for almost a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The apartment is well-maintained, and the community is quiet and friendly. The management team is always responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable. The amenities are fantastic, and the location is super convenient. It's truly a great place to call home!
Since Enigma Properties took over our apt building things have only improved. I haven’t waited more than a day for service calls to be answered and for issues to be resolved. They even honored requests for things they didn’t really have to.(Thank you :). The units are pristine and they keep the building and grounds really nice for us too. I also appreciate the fire doors and how soundproof it is. I feel like that’s rare in my experience with renting. Overall a really good experience. We think we will stay awhile:)
I’ve rented from Enigma Properties for a few years and have had only positive experiences. The team always responds in a timely manner to maintenance requests and general questions. The building is always clean and well-kept, the staff is friendly, and they are communicative about anything happening in the building.
We love living at the River Heights apartments in West Allis. The property is well kept up and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. The staff is very responsive and get back to you quickly. Would highly recommend renting through them.
I understand this is personal experience though the location I’m at has not been disappointed at all. The team and maintenance team responded very quickly at most time. It is an old building and there are lots of things to be considered/fixed around but i have been enjoying it here. The only thing though at this location you do have to pay for water (this could be understandable) and trash fee. Maybe petition to get those covered 🥹🥹🥹
