Super easy, no problems. I just upgraded my unit to a bigger size. Only on problem which is fixable, the building I just moved into is having issues with the heating. I mentioned it 3 times so far. I haven't been back to storage in a week or so. I'm hoping this issue is fixed soon.
Both ladies that helped us on different days were very professional, friendly and kind. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcomed!
