Totally lacks the capability to handle multiple projects and sustain current growth as a company of this size. They are very unorganized but from the pictures of all that’s going on you might think it is a multimillion dollar company. Lesson learned. I was excited to launch our product line and to support another business through the whole pandemic , but unfortunately I will have to look else where for our men’s product line. The men’s oil pomade we received was solid hard and multiple clients have gave me their feedback and I professionally refunded their money. I’ve emailed about the issue and a rep called and basically said this never happen before. Ok i want to give them the benefit of doubt. But what does that do for me. I didn't want to do it but I am tired!You products are good. But the timing of me receiving my products SUCKS🤦🏾♀️ This last order came in pieces.😏 Still, waiting for my other products .I order in June it's November. They are lacking in the communication Department. I was told my stuff was on the way a month ago. Still not here.🙁 SHIPPING SUCKS! I would like to request site visit🤷🏽♀️. I am looking for a another company at this point.🙎🏽♀️
If a customer is not satisfied with your products and the formulation turned out clumpy and left clumpy residue on the customer hair, should be refunded! I have tried out most of your products and the only product is worth buying is the leave in conditioner and hair braid pomade.
Maybe try being nicer to people, and don't delete the negative reviews because those are what give people and accurate opinion of your business.
