Quality has drastically declined. Poor trimming around the edge and around mailboxes, light posts, etc. This was after prices went up. I reported the problem and nothing changed. They were scheduled to plant some bushes for me but didn't because of lines/cables and poor soil quality. The bushes are planted and they are fine. Also they mowed during the drought when it wasn't needed just for $$$$. I will never use this company again. Owner is arrogant and rude. Just looks dumb on the news.

While some of your statements are correct, there is more to the story. 1) You are correct that we did raise your price from $25 to $27. However, most companies in Lexington won’t visit a property for less than $35. 2) You are correct that you did complain earlier this year about poor weed-eating.
