Received great product ( autographable basketballs) and received timely.
Happy with the product, however, when the company addressed the package, they did not include the suite number (which was on my order form) causing me to have to track down the package, get it too late for a present and have to go to UPS to pick it up. Mistakes are made, but just a caution to double check the address to help save customers some grief.
