Paid a 50 dollar copay only to be referred to another doctor because a cyst was too large to be removed. Should be asked on the phone how large the cyst was and be told then it’s too large for them to handle. Big waste of time!!

Confirmed my insurance over the phone before scheduling. Was told I was all set. Biked to the office for my appointment, only to be told they don’t accept my insurance and it would be $200 out of pocket. Called headquarters and they couldn’t explain what happened. Promised a call back. Never heard from them. Very disorganized and a frustrating waste of time. Too bad companies can't be fined for wasting the little time we have on this earth.

I felt rush the whole appt. Felt like I couldn’t explain what I was feeling. The Dr wasn’t sure about anything going on with me so I didn’t like her.
