Do far the staff has been excellent and very helpful and understanding to my needs and I’ve never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes

My first melanoma surgery went very good. Dr and staff fabulous. My 2nd surgery, basal cell carcinoma on my nose was 4 hours. The surgeon was fantastic and the staff is fabulous.

I sat in exam room for 15 minutes in my underwear waiting. Kind of chilly. Exam seemed really rushed. I did get a couple of skin worries frozen. Rx directions on ointment indicated 2 week intervals but didnt specify how long between intervals. I will have to follow up.
