Ashley is a joy to work with. She diagnosed my skin condition accurately when I first made an appointment a year ago and have been back for a full checkup. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and an excellent communicator. What I appreciate most is her bedside manner. She makes me feel comfortable and exhibits a kindness that shows she cares about her patients. I hope I don’t lose her as a care giver. Thank you Ashley. So this was my first dermatology appointment and also I am pregnant so that is twice the nerves. I went to see Ashley and her care was amazing. She was very kind and let me know everything going on as she was doing it. The receptionist I talked to was very sweet. There was a nurse or aid that assisted Ashley and you could tell she was new but she was also kind and everyone starts somewhere. From start to finish my interaction with Epiphany was wonderful. Easy to book an appointment and quick to get in. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Great parking lot, smooth check in process.
I really appreciate this dermatology team’s attention to detail and how thorough they are in their exams and documentation. They listen carefully to patients’ concerns, are easy to get in to see, and overall we’ve had an amazing experience. Highly recommend!
