The ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile and very welcoming to the office. They set the tone for great customer service . Dr. Buchi is always professional and very knowledgeable for helping whatever is my situation. She is friendly and has a nice personality. I appreciate her thoroughness as she always pull out a pad and write out her solutions of what we discussed. She also provides great literature to back up her theories and solutions. Communication and knowledge was great. Waiting time wasn't long to see the doctor wasn't long at all. I do believe the front check in could improve on how they speak to you when patients are asking questions.

I had a great experience at Epiphany Dermatology. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, this was inclusive of checking in, filling out new patient work, being seen and treated by the Dr all while not feeling rushed. I look forward to returning for all of my dermatological needs.
