You schedule appointment without letting me know why. I showed up and you wanted to do a biopsy that had already been done. Then you told me appt was for a most procedure, but doctor didn't have time, so you wanted to reschedule appt. It was like the blind leading the blind. Most procedure rescheduled. Charged me 25.00 co pay. Could have done appt on the phone
