3 stars. Dr Mackie is a great physician..however it's difficult to reach specific office location staff. I have called. Left messages and texts via Klara with no response for a pre-auth to my insurance. The DR did a great job diagnosing the issue and prescribing something but I never had the medication to resolve my issue.
Epiphany Dermatology is great! Very kind staff and knowledgeable doctors! I have been going to ED for years, and just changed my location due to moving. Very pleased with the Phoenix location.
