RecommendedDr Aronica was absolutely great with my first visit. So much better of an experience then “the place in Anthem”. Highly recommend.
First, upon my arrival at the office, I was greeted by Gladys, who confirmed my name and instructed me to wait. After I sat down, she publicly announced to the entire waiting room that I had an outstanding balance and needed to make a payment. I attempted to clarify the situation as I had already paid two previous bills but she was unable to provide answers. Receptionist rude telling me I had no insurance I said yes I do ‘Well you’re card is not valid’ & nasty saying‘you’ll have to pay for it then’ I looked at her computer screen & my last name was spelled very wrong The receptionist was “well I didn’t do it!!!!!!” Then she kept putting my card in machine & I’m like stop, you’re going to chew it up Just left , didn’t feel at all comfortable with this place at all
