Abby did a great job removing my duties after a Mohs surgery. She was both professional, skillful and engaging on a personal level. She answered all my questions about my aftercare.

The doctor was helpful but it’s ridiculous that I spent $120 after insurance for about 8 minutes of her time. She had to rush out of the room bc a bell was ringing calling her to the next cash cow I mean patient. I was left with unanswered questions about my health condition that I guess I’ll just google - ? It’s clear that Epiphany’s business model is profit over patients, churn and burn, minimize time with patients in order to maximize profits for its investors/shareholders/executives. Patients lose in profit healthcare.
