It was a terrible experience; as soon as I entered the office, the air freshener made me start coughing—I couldn't breathe because of the smell. That sort of thing shouldn't be in a doctor's office; besides, it's carcinogenic—there should be an air purifier instead, of course. The doctor arrived after an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting, but only spent five minutes with me. I didn't get any answers; he just prescribed two medications and left
Absolutely the worst follow up care following surgery imaginable! 1:55 am on Saturday following Friday surgery I was unable to contact a live person for pain relief until 11:25 on Tuesday. I texted, called and left voice messages all with no response. At 4:15 Tuesday I got a live person & was told medical staff would get back to me. No response by 6 pm. I left another voice mail! Dr and staff are great. Downside is the wait time. I arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was passed back at my appointment time. I waited 45 minutes to be seen only for the doctor to be in there for no more than 5 minutes.
