From me inquiring to scheduling an appointment - the whole process was smooth start to finish. The staff was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions before I even made it into the office which led me to book the appointment. We were greeted very pleasant and warm and we felt right at home. From the front desk to the assistant to the doctor, we were handled with grace and professionalism. Dr Patricia and her medical staff, were beyond Amazing. After seeing 5 Dermatologist for the same thing since 2022, I finally felt like I’ve been heard even though I haven’t gotten my results back, she did something the others didn’t do. No long wait. Friendly and courteous staff. Dr. Clay-Ramsey is down to earth, she puts you at ease and is respectful of patient decisions. In just a few minutes she was able to tell me the type of hair loss I was experiencing. I would recommend, for sure.
Dr. Oyetakin is great! She is very knowledgeable and she will get to the root of your issue and not just give you a diagnosis. The office staff and her nurse were very professional and nice. Best dermatology office I have been to!
New patient. In and out! Dr. was friendly and helped address my concerns. Med asst was also nice and gave samples! Returning in a few months and will schedule my daughter!
