Friendly staff. Dr. Camp did a thorough assessment and tended to the concerns in a very positive manner. Very good experience overall.
Does the staff behind the desk realize that the people in the waiting area can hear what they say? To each other? In response to phone calls? Heard some unprofessional language about callers.
I drove an hour to get there. It was another hour before seeing Dr. Young. Other people were being called back that arrived after me. I was told they had already registered and their appointment was the same time mine was. I truly don’t think that was true. I was checked in and sitting down and 4 people came in after that. I have been seeing Dr. Young for some time now and I have always been in and out in about 20 minutes. I won’t come back if this happens again.
