Dr. Menser is a phenomenal dermatologist! She took her time, was very thorough, and answered all of my questions. Whenever I had concerns, she made sure to explain everything clearly and shared her expert knowledge. I’ve never met a doctor who is as kind and genuinely caring toward their patients as she is. I’ll definitely be going back, and I 100% recommend seeing her!
Called us 3 times on nov 24 th 2025 to confirm appointment. Before we walk out the door they called and cancelled. How is that ok . Blamed it on scheduling. After the the phone calls day before making sure we could come in early . Wow not to mention the actual appointment was at 11:30 how could you not know the schedule was the problem do better .
Had a fantastic experience with Dr. Molly Menser. She took her time, was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming and even though I had to get a mole removed, it was painless and she made sure I was super comfortable and felt calm. Happy to have her as my dermatologist.

My wife went there about a rash she has and was prescribed a cream obtainable through one pharmacy. Our insurance has requested more information on the cream from the doctor. We are going on a week and several messages and emails later with no return call to see if they have answered the questions for the insurance or as the doctor said at the appointment to let him know if we have trouble getting the cream and he would prescribe a different medicine.
