Under the circumstances, my original appointment I was two minutes late. I called the office from the parking lot told them I was parking. I would be right in when I want to check in. The lady told me I was two minutes late. I would have to reschedule. They only remarked that I made to the receptionist was I hope your own time when I come back because if they call me in two minutes pass my appointment, I will have to reschedule. My time is just as important to me as yours is to you.
My appointment was scheduled for 4:10pm. The staff took me back to the exam room at 4:25pm and told me it may be 30 minutes until I saw the Dr. I didn't see the Dr until 5:05pm! I left the building at 5:30pm. This appointment took me away from work for an hour and a half! Apparently I had been scheduled for my yearly exam on "surgery day" which was a mistake. Dr said he had told the staff not to schedule yearly exams on surgery day. Please follow up with scheduling to keep this from happening in the future!
