Greeted by professional but amicable staff. Wait time was minimal to non-existent. New Texas street office environment was different, relaxing, and agreeable. This time, the doctor’s PA attended, with my permission, who displayed a pleasant bedside-manner while reviewing my prior documented minor skin conditions. She came prepared with tools to remedy same, and did so as efficiently and expeditiously as the doctor had in the past. We were seen for our appointment on time. Dr Brent Ozanich was very knowledgable, personable and professional. His assistant was efficient (sorry I don’t know her name) & helped put you at ease. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Very positive experience all around. Will definitely return.
Nearly everything was good. Everyone was friendly. I needed to have basil cell cancer removed from my nose. The doctor performed the procedure efficiently and in a friendly manner. The assistant was kind and efficient as well. The only thing which I believe that they can do better is in regard to receipts. Their printer was down and they said that I will receive the receipt via email. But I did not receive an emailed receipt. Besides that, I had a good experience with them.
Dr Ozanich is a “perfect” Physician. Personality + who LISTENS to me and is very EMPATHETIC always. Mine is a simple condition but if he treats me so well it obviously is how he treats all other patients. The Med Assistants are also perfect and I notice he treats them as valuable caregivers and their respect for him is clear. He is just SO nice and a pleasure for me to say what I have AND there is no point in my review if you do not tell him and the Med Assistants how appreciative I am for their care. I literally felt like I was experiencing a high end spa because of the atmosphere & treatment I received at my appointment. The staff were kind, efficient & knowledgeable. I was taken in on time and out in an hour. I actually look forward to my follow up appointment. I never leave reviews, but this experience was such a pleasant surprise that it motivated me to let others know.
