Fast, professional, proactive, and relatively painless during biopsies and surgeries. And, very fun and interesting to shmooze (chat) with during all of it. Dr. O, Lauren, and Moses are great!
The staff is extremely helpful and kind.
E ven though I didn't get the word that they could not contact me by phone (I don't have voice mail set up and if I get a call and I don't recognize the phone # I won't answer. I asked her to text me next time. They took me in anyway and was taken care of. Thank you for that.

My overall experience is five stars. The waiting room is inviting and the wait time is minimal, both for entering a room and seeing the doctor. The doctor is quickly advised of the patient and the exam runs smoothly and effectively. Dr. O takes his time and listens intently to your concerns. He is a very competent and compassionate person.
