This office is always so accommodating, efficient, and kind. Monique (medical assistant) set me right at ease, even while she was anesthetizing areas to be biopsied! I barely felt anything! Sebastian (physician assistant) was extremely thorough, yet very friendly and efficient. He & Cynthia Campos (senior physician assistant) left no stone unturned as they attempted to find the cause of my symptoms. They are extremely personable while still being very professional. All staff members were friendly, efficient, and provided excellent. Excellent customer service. The wait time was only about five minutes… And once I was in the examination room, again the wait was barely a few minutes long before Sebastian came in. Shortly after Sebastian examined me and discussed my concerns, then Cindi came in to provide her analysis, diagnosis, treatment options. I was in and out within 30 minutes! Epiphany is definitely the best dermatology center in El Paso, Texas!
