The exam was good. Getting there was the problem. I'd an appointment with Dr Gueara for nearly 6 mths. The Friday before the appt I recd a txt asking if I would like to reschedule since I had cancelled.(I did not cancel.). I contacted Bunny, your AI assistant, she was able to get me back on schedule. I show on 5/12 for my appt and I was told the appt had been cancelled that AM and an txt was sent to my wife. She received no txt. Your receptionist was able to get me in. I did not have a great experience. It all started with the the looong waiting time. My appointment was for 2/15. I expect to wait a little time but not 50 minutes. I explain to both the nurse and the doctor it’s not great to just sit and wait. Yes the doctor explained he had a patient who had some problems and it took away some others. I get that but you know you have others coming so why not call them ahead of time and give them a heads up. My time is important to as with others I have had this happen before.
