Entire staff members were friendly, courteous,as well as knowledgeable and courteous. My personal members were very knowledgeable. The young man who conducted the procedure did so cleanly quickly and with minimum pain. The assistant also proceeded quickly and showing knowledgeable of the task All in all both conducted their duties quickly and smoothly. KUDOS to both!!!
