A very pleasant greeting at the front desk. The wait in the outer office was not too long. The staff in the examination room were very pleasant and comforting. The doctor, two, was engaging and comforting to me. The doctor explained the procedure and after the procedure, she explained the healing process in a way that is understandable. All in all it was a very pleasant visit.
