My appointment was at 10a and I arrived about 9:50a knowing there usually is paperwork to be completed. I was called in around 10:20a and the doctor did not show up until 10:40a. Took pics, looked at my arm and prescribed an ointment, all in less than 10 mins. If I show up 15mins late, I loose my appointment. If I don’t cancel 24hrs ahead I get charged. How is your practice compensating me for not honoring my appointment time??
