This is the second Doctor I’ve seen there that doesn’t read their patient’s chart. It’s really counter productive repeating the same information as the nurse or doctor doesn’t take notes or catch up on the last visit. It’s really hard to find a good dermatologist in my area. It would be great, if they could add notes to our files, read them, and then pretend to recall the last visit.

DO Reagin was extremely closed minded and did not listen to my issue. I explained the purpose of my visit to the Assistant. I even presented a 2 page written explanation, which neither of them bothered to read. The Assistant quickly jumped on the incorrect diagnose and I believe briefed DO Reagin. DO Reagin came in focused on insect bites and dismissed areas on my face I had added. RO Reagin was very hesitant to take a sample biopsy, like it would be a complete waist of time. Love the girl who did my treatments but I learned she was leaving. I have only ever seen the PA and she is now gone also. Bad news is I have to wait till July to see a Dr to get reviews for a new plan of treatment.
