The receptionist was on her phone when I arrived. I walked up to the desk and she didn’t notice I was there. When I said hello she looked up from her phone and was annoyed that I interrupted her. She exhibited a similar attitude when I left.

I was told what was going to happen with the procedure and the doctor & his assistant did a great job. I felt comfortable and they were very respectful.

Front desk staff, nurses very friendly! Doctor was great explained the procedure and my options. Unfortunately long wait time was very long waiting area was full stood in hallway for an hour and a half.
