Front desk was a little bit lackluster as was the person who took me back to the exam room. Maybe everyone was having an off day due to the Memorial Day holiday. I will say that I will not return due to lack of customer service that I experienced. I work in Customer service myself and work for two very credible Hospitality brands. I will keep looking for a permanent dermatologist.

It was an overall pleasant experience. Bridget Shaw was very engaging and put me at ease. Will be going back soon to have stitches removed. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful.
