Office staff was great and pleasant. Dr. Jurgens, unlike some dermatologists, starts at the scalp and ends with the feet. You really feel that you had a skin check.

Let you know where I had skin problems and you zapped them quickly and as painless as possible. I had a fingernail indentation and you told me I had a cyst that could stay or come out. You and the office staff are very efficient and effective.
