Horrible experience in trying just to get in to see someone. No one would EVER pick up the phone. Left message, left text messages, BTW the app is just as bad in logging in then you don’t get a response. If you get a response, it’s very convenient that it’s always at 4:20 in the afternoon. You immediately call and no one AGAIN doesn’t pick up the phone to help you. If someone is out and short handed, that’s the excuse I was given yesterday when I came in.
