As always, an enjoyable visit. Staff is professional and competent. Dr. Lambert is exceptional. He's very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. I am impressed with his straight-shooter answers and his genuine desire to make sure I have no further concerns or questions. I never feel rushed; always feel like he's focused on my well being.

Thought dr was calling in rx. Pharmacy had no record. I called dr office. Was told she generally calls them in later. Finally got rx after 2 hours but it had an ingredient I am allergic to. Pharmacy suggested ointment instead of cream so I called office to get new rx. Had to leave message. Left without rx.

To start, I wasn't called back until 15 minutes past my appointment time. Paige was extremely tired and kept yawning. It looked like she was doing everything she could just to stay awake during my appointment. She had no interest in even looking at the rash, but was ready to prescribe meds for it. ("I can look at it, if you want me to." were her exact words.) She was not informed about the meds she was prescribing, and had to have the nurse look up a few points.
