RecommendedThis was the easiest, best dermatology appointment I’ve had in quite some time! The office has a big lobby - good to know for social distancing - though they were not overcrowded. I saw PA Karen Adams and medical assistant Heather for forehead Botox and a couple of syringes of Juvéderm around my mouth and in my lips. Best numbing job ever, thanks to Heather! They cancelled my appt without telling me until I arrived here for my appointment. I had an appt at 3:45. I told them when I made the appointment there was no way to get here until 3:50 because I get off work at 3:30. They said there was a 15 minute grace period and that would be fine. I get here at 3:50 and they told me they cancelled my appointment. He said I had not been notified yet because I was still within that 15 minute grace period but that they did cancel my appointment as the doctor could not wait. My kid has an a... read more
Terrible experience getting paperwork submitted to my prescription insurance for prior approval on a medication. Epiphany has refused to provide the proper documentation and reason this medication is needed (I’m pregnant and unable to use most other medications).
