Things ran a little behind schedule, but the experience with Dr. Rovner was very good. He listened well and his explanations and comments were very consistent with my history.
I had a good experience that was my first time there and the way they treated me felt like they already knew me
The front end staff are fabulous, no complaints. However the appointment itself was frankly useless. I went in for an annual skin checkup as a new patient, I am myself a physician so I understand what goes into a thorough exam and establish care appointment. My actual exam lasted less than 3 minutes (I timed it). Dr. Timothy Busch was cordial and fine, but hardly glanced at my skin before scripting out antibiotics - without reproductive or other counseling about said antibiotics, and these antibiotics have lifelong effects o... read more

The doctor was terrible. Not interested in my problems. Just dismissed all my concerns. I waited 2 months for that. Horrible patient care. Also just a warehouse approach. I came early for my appointment and watched person after person come in, see the Dr and check out. Most people saw the Dr for less than 5 minutes. One old lady in a wheelchair waited 30 minutes to see a Dr and was brought to check out. She was stunned. She paid a taxi driver to bring her and they waited for her to finish the appt. Although, I have to say, I felt rather patronized by the young woman assistant before Dr. Rovener arrived. Sort of like she was tired of old people complaining about the relatively harmless growths on their scalps and scollded me for picking at scabs as a result of treatment thereby exacerbating my condition. What I was actually describing was the itching discomfort and the soreness of the condtion itself and that the growths had not gone away!
