Sign in was easy. A spot was removed from my nose. I’ll know more about how the treatment works, after trying it. But petroleum products usually don’t work well with my skin.

Business response:

Hi, Rada. Thank you for the fantastic review! It's feedback like yours that motivates our team every day.

I was uncomfortable being told the 2 pre cancer spots were frozen. I was told these types of spots don’t get surgically removed anymore. Also 2 rather large spots raised spots that would typically be frozen in the past, I was told they are cosmetic and will not be frozen. The only way to get them frozen is to pay for cosmetic freezing that runs $199.

Business response:

Good Morning Kathleen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I understand that treatment recommendations and cost can sometimes be confusing and frustrating, especially when it is different from prior experiences. Our providers strive to recommend care based on current medical guidelines and each patient's individual clinical needs. We value your concerns and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience further and answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact our clinic so w... read more

No notification for having blood work done prior to my visit which is now causing a month or more .delay in receiving speicalty medication which I need to take every two weeks. Same scenario happened last year. Thought the doctor or staff would review patience needs prior to visit. Also prescription called in for me other than what I needed and was never discussed. Was never told there would be a follow up or I would be informed on request for the medication I need would be pro

The front desk person was professional and efficient, as was the provider’s assistant. The masked provider was flippant, condescending and the rudest medical care provider I have ever encountered in my 70 years.

Business response:

Good Morning Carolyn, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our clinic. I am glad to hear that our receptionist and medical assistant provided professional and efficient service. I am very sorry to hear about your interaction with the provider. This is not the level of care or treatment we strive to deliver. We take all feedback seriously and will address this with our team to ensure a more positive experience for all patients. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to learn mo... read more

My visit was disappointing. The medical assistant was more focused on insurance than my concerns. When the PA saw me, she offered no actionable solutions. What stood out is that they rely solely on physician assistants rather than dermatologists, displaying their skill set in a very limited manner. I left with no real options or sense of proper care.

Business response:

Good Morning Gloria, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your visit didn’t meet your expectations. Providing attentive, patient-centered care is very important to us, and it’s concerning to hear that you felt your concerns were not fully addressed. Our team—including both our physician assistants and supervising dermatologists—works together to ensure all patients receive appropriate and thorough care. That said, your experience is not the standard we strive for. We would appreciate the opportuni... read more
