Starting with the receptionist on up to Dr. Piantanida everyone is pleasant, polite and professional. A huge difference from so many of the massive, rigid medical groups. Dr. P came highly recommended by a friend. She is highly respected in the medical community, and couldn’t have been nicer on my first visit. It would be great if other medical practices were so focused on their patients, and not their bureaucracies.
