I got caught in traffic on 270 Highway due to an accident and was a hour late for my appointment. I phoned early on to let staff and Dr. Donnelly know that I would be late. They were wonderful and understanding. They accepted me when I finally arrived and made sure I was seen by the doctor. I have nothing but good things to say about this group.
