She just checked my scalp didn't say anything., and prescribed a shampoo . Didn't explain anything. I was stressing because of the itching that I failed to ask any thing. Was not pleased with my appointment I didn't get any thing out of it.

Rushed appointment, concerns not taken seriously. Had to repeat myself several times for provider to check my skin and then when she said what she saw, no real answer was given. Solution given does not in any way address my serious ssue and is not appropriate for what is going on with my skin. Rude assistants every time I go to this facility. Assistants dont respect privacy and dont ask permission. Treat patients with little to zero respect.

I waited in exam room for almost an hour. Would have appreciated an update from staff that they were running late. Almost got up and left. I won't be returning to Epiphany in the future

I always feel like a number and not a patient. They rush through the appointment and never take extra time to thoroughly do what should be their job. Patients aren’t people to them, just a quota they have to meet.

Front desk lady seemed in a bad mood, no greeting when I came in to check in and no have a good day when I left. Very unprofessional. Inside the room visit was great with the dermatologist very helpful and knowledgeable.
