Ok but sent my prescription to wrong pharmacy
Really awkward. “Nice” enough- but nobody in the office was warm, caring nor made us feel comfortable. Very transactional.

I texted a question and no one ever texted back. The PA said I was going to receive a cream at my pharmacy Pfennig's and they never received the prescription I am not pleased with the level of customer service. Someone needs to respond to questions (a person not a recording that does not tell you what you need.)
Unable to get appointments. Had an issue with recent surgery but told it would be a week to fit me in. That doesn’t work. Dr Evers is probably not coming back and Dr Vander is carrying a large load and it’s too much. I understand it all but nevertheless I had an urgent issue and the appointment person said there was nothing she could do. Should I find another dermatologist?

Your website is horrible and has been for years. You ask us to use your site to check in but every time it has a problem that requires a phone call to the practice. Then you ask for us to arrive 15 minutes early then you are 25 minutes late. The people are great but it feels like we are just a number to corporate.
