Short wait in lobby! Dr Melody addressed everything on my handwritten list! She was thorough, great eye contact, positive body language. Answered all my questions. Receptionists are pleasant, professional. Kudos to Ms. T, at front desk, check out desk, who scheduled me for Today, Jan 22nd, just last week. Grateful for her persistence in finding an open slot for today's appt.

Terrific experience! I was checked right in, and called back in less than two minutes. The provider knew my history, ensured I was in agreement with the treatment plan, and took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. The support staff is very friendly and professional!
