Front desk staff is not HIPAA compliant. You can hear everything they say. Calling in meds for patients. Names, phone numbers, and other identifying information. Believe this is for a Dr other than my dermatologist. Because unlikely a dermatologist would prescribe fluoxetine 10 mg

Check in lady was rude. Insurance card presented, printed on the card it says ‘Do Not Collect $ At Time Of Service’ she insisted she had to collect $15. Then said you can call billing to get a refund. I will NOT be back.
